Fall Festival: Friday, October 16

Help us host a game booth at Wolf Branch's annual Fall Festival, happening on Friday, October 16th!  

Set Up
Grab Mr. Pockets and candy / soda donations from the Elementary Band Room and set up the game table on the tennis courts.

Trunk or Treat: October 24th

Trunk or Treat is hosted by Band Boosters and for all kids in band, 4th-8th grade. Help make our annual Trunk or Treat a success through helping set up or tear down, donating items, or hosting a spookified trunk!

Grab the Sams Club order and delivery the goods to the Middle School ahead of the event start time.
I'll grab the order from Sam's Club and bring it to the event by 5:30!

Host a trunk!
Host a trunk for the event. You are responsible for decorating and providing the candy/giveaway for your trunk. Set up is from 5-5:50. Trick or treating begins at 6. Unlimited volunteers welcome!

Band Concert Refreshments

Volunteers needed to setup refreshments before the concert and man the table during the reception. Volunteers will also be in charge of cleaning up the MPR and returning items to the band room at the conclusion of the program.
