PTC Events & Activities

From beloved Wolf Branch traditions to fun family celebrations, our PTC events bring students, families, teachers, and our community together throughout the year.

Annual PTC Auction

Each year, the Wolf Branch PTC hosts an evening of live and silent auctions, entertainment, and community celebration. This highly anticipated event is held in late February/early March and brings together our Wolf Branch family to support the continued success of our students.

💙 Thanks to the generosity of our community, the 2025 event raised funds that allowed PTC to donate over $35,000 in Teacher Grants—directly benefiting Wolf Branch staff, students, and families.

Your support helps us continue this tradition of excellence, ensuring our teachers have the resources they need and our students thrive.

Family Movie Night

ALL WOLF BRANCH FAMILIES

Join us in late September for an outdoor (weather permitting), family-friendly movie night! Enjoy concessions, meet new classmates, and relax under the stars.

Parent volunteers run the event—sign up to donate items or lend a hand. A fun night for the whole Wolverine community!

Fall Festival

ALL WOLF BRANCH FAMILIES

Join us in October for a fun evening at Wolf Branch! Our annual Fall Festival features rides, games, food, and activities for both elementary and middle school families.

Last year's event brought food trucks with unique eats, exciting games, and plenty of FUN! Parent volunteers make it all possible—sign up for a 30-minute shift at a game or booth and enjoy meeting classmates, families, and even some of our Wolf Branch teachers.

Don't miss this community favorite!

Pumpkin Day

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Pumpkin Day is a fun fall tradition at Wolf Branch Elementary! Order forms are sent home so students can purchase a pumpkin, and during their class's designated time, they head out to the Wolf Branch Pumpkin Patch—set up right in front of the school—to pick their perfect pumpkin.

Each child also enjoys cookies and juice, making the day extra special. Parent volunteers help run the event, and it's always a favorite opportunity for festive fall photos!

Breakfast with Santa

ALL WOLF BRANCH FAMILIES

Join us for a magical holiday morning at Wolf Branch, usually held the first Saturday in December! Families can enjoy breakfast, festive music, games, holiday crafts (including cards for seniors), story time with Mrs. Claus, and a special visit from Santa himself.

Last year's theme was Pancakes & Pajamas, with many families showing up in their favorite holiday PJs! We also collected donations to support families in need.

The event is run entirely by our amazing parent and student volunteers. Before the big day, parents can help by donating items or signing up to work at a craft, game, food station, or registration table.

Teachers and school groups also join in the fun, making it a wonderful chance to connect with friends old and new.

Santa's Kottage

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

This is a fun opportunity for students to do their own holiday shopping at school! An envelope is sent home to help children plan who they'd like to shop for, and during school hours parent volunteers assist them in choosing thoughtful gifts priced between $1–$10.

Volunteers also help wrap the presents so students can bring home surprises for their loved ones. The store is open in early December.

Class Parties

Elementary School

Each class enjoys two parties during the year—one in October and one in December. At registration, families contribute a $10 class party fee per student, which covers expenses for both events.

Headroom parents coordinate volunteers to plan, host, and run the classroom parties.

Middle School

Instead of classroom parties, PTC sponsors special treat days throughout the year. Past events have included dessert trucks such as The Sweet Side and Hot Mess Express.

Flower Day

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Every May, Wolf Branch students take part in a special tradition—Flower Day! Each child is asked to bring in a flower to plant in front of the school.

With the help of parent volunteers, classes head outside to dig, plant, and create a colorful display at the elementary school entrance. It's a fun, hands-on way for students to brighten the school and watch their hard work bloom all season long!

Birthday Books

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Each year, the PTC purchases books for the elementary students. These books are displayed at the school, and every child gets to choose one to celebrate their birthday!

It's a special tradition that makes students feel celebrated while also encouraging a love of reading.

Paw Pride Store

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

The PTC runs a donation-based store at the elementary school called the Paw Pride Store.

Each month, students have the chance to earn Paw Pride tickets for demonstrating good behavior and strong character. At the end of the month, students can use their tickets to "shop" for books, snacks, teacher experiences, and a variety of fun toys.

The Paw Pride Store is a favorite among students, who eagerly look forward to shopping there each month!

Grade Level Socials

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

The PTC loves kicking off the school year with grade-level socials! These fun gatherings are usually held on a Friday afternoon after school at Swansea Kingdom.

It's a great chance to meet other parents and get to know some of your child's new classmates.

Special Guest Dance

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Wolf Branch PTC hosts a fun and energetic Special Guest Dance for elementary school students! This event features a DJ, lively music, and plenty of dancing.

Concessions and refreshments are available, and parent volunteers help with setup, supervision, and cleanup.

It's a fantastic opportunity for students to socialize, enjoy some great tunes, and show off their dance moves—all in a safe and fun environment.
